This project transforms an existing property through a combination of thoughtful interventions, including a rear extension, an upward extension adding an additional floor, and the introduction of carefully considered new fenestrations. Each element of the design reflects a commitment to innovative, elegant solutions that enhance both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the home.

The rear extension expands the living space, creating a more open and versatile interior, while the additional floor provides valuable new accommodation without compromising the proportions or character of the existing building. New fenestrations have been strategically placed to maximize natural light, improve sightlines, and establish a stronger connection between interior and exterior spaces.

Through this project, we demonstrate how sensitive architectural interventions can modernize and elevate a property, blending contemporary design with practical enhancements to create a home that is both beautiful and functional.
